Built on practical and leadership experience.
CALM was founded by Terry Troncone, bringing hands-on engineering knowledge and senior leadership experience from five-star luxury hospitality and demanding property environments.
As a former Assistant Director of Engineering and Head of Technical Services, Terry understands the realities faced by engineering teams as well as the reporting, budget, risk and investment decisions expected at leadership level.
That perspective shapes CALM’s service: practical enough to work with real building records, structured enough to support management decisions and honest about gaps or uncertainty in the evidence.
A managed information service
CALM supports the information, planning and coordination around your engineering team. It does not replace competent engineers, specialist judgement, physical maintenance or statutory sign-off.
The purpose is to connect assets, planned maintenance, work records, lifecycle priorities and management oversight so each decision has a clearer basis.
